Active took us to Mammoth the last week in April and I can honestly say I had the best runs of my life. It snowed each night and was blue bird by morning with an empty mountain. We took full top to bottom runs on the closed sections of the mountains and got rides back to the resort. Here is some of the pictures I took with my phone.
Powder Riding
Might be a little old but I found some videos of Dolly and I riding powder at Bear Mountain. The snow was pretty heavy that day so we stuck to the trees and stayed close the packed snow.

About time! On Dec. 23, 2009 I asked Dolly to marry me. Eventually She said yes and made me a very lucky man.

Time for a revamp
In conjunction with Brad Walters, the both of us decided to upload creative content on a continual basis.
So to start us off, I am showing you the update process of a website I did for one of the first paying clients, Gailmaire. I did this site a while back and over that time I became a lot more sophisticated in web design and so an update was needed. In the first stage of this project I am redesigning the intro page. Currently the site opens like this:
So, for the next version I had a couple of goals. One, update the overall style to a more professional appeal. Two, better optimized for all browsers (ie6 and iPhone as well). Three, tidy up the navigation. Four, incorporate the new firm Capre that Gailmarie became a part of. So the final comp looks like this:

Jen and Randal’s Wedding
Jen and Randal got married at the end of may in Maui. I took some photo’s for them and these are 20 of my favorites. I hope you like them.
Last of the Hawaii Vacation
This one of the best experiences of my entire life. We were just out there in the middle of the ocean swimming with fish, sea turtles, and sharks! After this I now have something to check off my life goal checklist.

Hiking in Santa Anita Canyon
Dolly, Rose, and I went to the local foothills for a hike to Sturtevant’s Falls. Its a nice, shady, and mellow hike that spits you out at a cool waterfall. Its only 1.4 miles so it doesn’t take the entire day either. One nice surprise was the ANIME PHOTO SHOOT! Yes thats right, full on costumes, swords, and crazy hair.
